Promotion is open to new and existing customers with no M1 Co-location contracts. Provisioning of Co-location Rackspace is based on resource availability. Discounts are valid for 12 months; thereafter prevailing rates may apply. This Service is intended to operate on 3G and 4G mobile networks (minimum 192kbps) or Wi-Fi networks (minimum 512kbps) with Internet connectivity and accordingly is dependent on the performance of mobile, wired and wireless Internet connectivity and other Third Party Providers of mobile, wired and wireless network services. The use of the Service on paid networks including but not limited to paid Wi-Fi networks, local and roaming mobile data networks and via external calls via IDD may incur charges in addition to the applicable subscription charges for the Service. You shall be responsible for such additional charges that are incurred via your use of the Service.

A 24-month Service Commitment Contract with early termination charges on service plan, its corresponding bundled value-added service and top-up offer package apply unless otherwise stated. Discounts are valid for 24 months; thereafter prevailing rates may apply. All other value-added services are chargeable. A new M1 Business Fibre Broadband contract is required for Multi-SIP value-added service.
